Salary payment is good. Helping HR service's. Work environment is also good.

Dislikes

Salary payment needs to be improved. Earlier it was paid on time between 7 to 9 of month but from last 4 months is being delayed by 10 to 12 days. Salary is being paid less as dedicated during joining . Current Employees should be priority rather hiring new one for new projects, where would old Employees go after completion projects.

I am proud to be a part of this organisation.Also I would like to say the all of the Engineers are well behaved and organised.I think good working atmosphere to their employees.

just suggest one thing which I definitely say, there is no bonus and rewards offer to their employees which should develop in feature.

Bias in appreciation to employees. Takes for granted if you don't ask for your worth. Sometimes even if you ask your worth they don't agree to match it.

Worst job experience in my life, no opportunity to growth, doesn't pays well, doesn't pay in time, doesn't produce salary slip in time and also some time they skips salary slips, they don't give us EPF, almost a horrible organization to work but the current situation is like you can get a kidney donor easily but not a job.

There is so much to dislike about working in this company. I just elaborated above their work culture, payments, and other things . They didn't even paid the first TA bill for traing programme just before we joined . So in one word, Disgusting.

... burden given to the staff or force to work free environment provided to work... management of this company is best salary provided at time and problem short out frequently....Team members are supportive and the management is transparent.Company policy are good, appraisal are very fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year...
