No festival celebration. 10. Not a single cup of tea is provided by the company. 11. Horrible company culture. 12. The company is run by the manager and his friend.

In this if you are in good project so you learn lots , colleagues are good , team leaders are good overall from my experience it good company for beginners gave them support.

For Experience not providing that much of salary that he deserves, salary standard is not maintained .

Work life balance is worst. Have to provide result daily without fail or else you won't be able to go home. Client requirement is absolute irrespective of your time zone. You have attend to it without fail.

Very less opportunity to working on Singal project so that that is you are not become a expert in single testing so very difficult to switch the job.
