1. No skill development program 2. Very low salary 3. No job security. 4. Need to be available 24 hours. 5. There is no need for skilled people only need freshers at the lowest salary. 6. There will be fewer holidays and no pay for work on holiday. 7. No work-life balance company need only live for the company. 8. Lal company does not spend a single rupee on employees. 9. No festival celebration. 10. Not a single cup of tea is provided by the company. 11. Horrible company culture. 12. The company is run by the manager and his friend.
