There will be fewer holidays and no pay for work on holiday. 7. No work-life balance company need only live for the company. 8. Lal company does not spend a single rupee on employees. 9. No festival celebration. 10. Not a single cup of tea is provided by the company. 11. Horrible company culture. 12. The company is run by the manager and his friend.

...s it's been a good choice. They will get space to learn and start there carrier. Salary also every one will get on time. There will be no delay in that. Hike also good for freshers.

When you give more tenure then the problem starts. You will face corporate politics so much.

In this if you are in good project so you learn lots , colleagues are good , team leaders are good overall from my experience it good company for beginners gave them support.

For Experience not providing that much of salary that he deserves, salary standard is not maintained .

Very less opportunity to working on Singal project so that that is you are not become a expert in single testing so very difficult to switch the job.

Vimal and brajpal plays their with employees. Vimal is the black spot of company due to which many people terminated and resigned. He does not know any thing about the team management and addicated.
