Salary increment are decent as per other companies. Work life balance is good. Salary and appraisal on time

Dislikes

No proper structure, very unstructured organization, typical indian company. No Hierarchy. Lot of micro management. No proper management. There are only 2-3 person on name of management who takes all decision of company. Lot of favoritism, Baisness, partiality. Only 2 big senior manager project wise. No other person is allowed to grow. Saturday working. No proper policies. Policies changes person to person and case to case. HR is just puppet and no authority. There are only 2 person in company who takes decision on all problems. Rules are different for every resource depends in which project he works. Gender biased culture. No diversity & inclusion. There are no KRA and KPI for appraisal. Appraisals are decent but happens on favoritism.

Likes

No issues with Job Security. Work culture is balanced, sometime need to work hard but will get compensation as well. Company management is good but not in all. Company policies are not much good.

Company should give good increment as per industry standards

It was horrible experience for me personally they never told me what is the work in training and thinks that I have learnt a lot of things in training and gave me handle the projects Remote support is the worse you have to work like 12 hours max in this company so you have no life that's all

...ill put you on the projects suddenly You have to learn on your own in training No salary growth for me even they provide less salary to begin with

Job security, on time salary (marquis offers less salary as compared to market standards but salary credited to your account on time).

Dislikes

Poor management, no corporate culture at all, no HR policies and HR is just for name sake, no parking for employees (only manager can park) they are searching for new office hope there they will try to resolve these issues.

For freshers it is very useful in learning new things about testing related but not a company to growing up and main problem they have is poor management or no management at all. Whatever your team lead decides is ultimate decision and they don't bother to hear to every employee or adapt any new method and all aside ultimately huge internal politics makes it one of worst place to work for honestly

Dislikes

Internal politics makes it one of worst place to work for. They Just keep hiring many new resources for less salary and don't bother about you work well or not whoever has good personal relationship with manager gets more hike than whoever working hard.
