Micromanagement, Worst work culture.Management takes employee money in different way stating rax deducted as there is no payslip.PF amount deducted from employee and not submitted in account.Employee need to follow up for long time.Family company and professionalism -0.Aprajita plays Grouping game with her favourite folks.Cimpany politics is worst and divided all employees in group .Busy on back talk .No work .Don't spoil your career if you want to grow .Umesh is culprit for deducting unnecessary money.
