I have gained 5 years + experience there. And I have learned much more things. But it's a bad thing there, that they don't increase employees salary every year. And taken work in a short salary. And they make their rule everyday. Like: ( No S.L, No Gatepass in emergency) That irritating me too much.

Good organizational structure and nice work environment and pleasant coworkers. Salary structure is a bit compromising and an air of politics not much harmful and can be taken with a pinch of salt. Great scope for innovation but require communication skills and interpersonal skills to let the work highlighted before the management. Owners are humane and encouraging. Overall good work-life balance.

Pace of work a bit slow as it should have been. Being a prominent Trading House (Exporter) Marque Impex should endeavor to address the buyers' compliance parameters at a much faster pace, a thing which is also a call of the current competitive market

Since i was a fresher before getting to this job i had learnt many things there about the techniques which has been used to analysis the quality of the products regarding their dimensions and their performance. I had learn various tests (say: drop test, hanging test,tilt test,drop test,etc) which has been performed in marque impex.
