...er promotion, no set of rules for appraisal , only favoritsm and only politics . We were waiting to get out bonus amount in the month of April, it was told that they will give in April, they did not give in April and after asking they say that they forgot and will give in the next salary how irresponsible they are . Every month we have fight to get out salary . Some time goes for a week to get salary . The best situation of a about to close down company . No encouragement for innovation no support .the worse of the worse .

Good work culture . Technical learnings. No variable pay. Leave policy is good. Free Food. Transport is payable.

Dislikes

Salary not as per market standard. Internal salary band are different in other departments. R&D head expectations of daily Extra late night work and weekend work, holidays working is horrible and disturbing personal life of employee. Always cost cutting on employee benifits like onsite opportunity, Long term service award money half, different WFH policy for different people.

1. Full of Politics, casteisum, 2. Working in all old technologies, No technical and salary growth. 3. Fake designation with no rights. 4. No onsite, only Business trip for 2 weeks with bond. 5. Bad Management. 6. Thirst class HR with no work experiences. 7. Anyone can fired anytime in one day, all ready 3-4 GM and HRs fired without any notice. 8. Software head become GM, HR become financial head anything is possible here without any experience. 9. HOD is whole and sole of company they not want seniors in organization, so that they can do what they want. 10. If you don't have any other option and you have less that 4 years of experience then only join. it is trap.

There are lot of learning opportunities here. Anyone willing to work intensively and willing to develop skills regardless of work life balance, can consider joining Marquardt.

...orking on higher designations are intimidating. Work life balance is pretty bad. Salary benefits are not satisfactory.

Work environment is always tight because of high work pressure driven by seniors.

Salary is very low for operation associate, even you have completed graduation in any field then you get same salary as 10th fail associate
