Just like about the it was work from home.

Dislikes

There is no job security since we were hired through college placement. I was brought in as a software trainee with the understanding that there would be a 6-month internship followed by a full-time position. However, during the training period, after only 4 months, they began assigning heavy workloads, expecting us to perform at the level of senior developers, yet paying us as interns. The workload was excessive, with me working from 10 am to 8 pm, given that it was a work-from-home (WFH) setup. After the initial 6-month period, instead of promoting us to the position of associate software engineer as promised, they extended the internship by an additional 3 months. Eventually, they laid off employees. This has been the worst experience in my first job.
