1. Great Culture. Most managers are very polite and understanding. 2. Work life balance is good most of the times, but when it is end of project, it will always lead to longer working hours. 3. Give vouchers for different certifications.

Dislikes

1. Appraisal are not inline with performance. Compensation is not inline with market. 2. Tech leads that I worked with lacked experience that makes working with them good learning experience, this makes results in development that works, but is not completed with optimized implementations. I don't mean that there should be hand holding in everything but direction is very important, that is lacking.

No promotions or salary hike for 2 years and once project got over released immediately if they have provided some opportunities that will be helpful. earlier discussed as continuing as marlabs associate once proj get over and will be assigned to other project but they suddenly released once project got finished...

Likes

...th issues they will not force you to do work even in case of important delivery. Salary structure is good, more in hand less variable. Group health insurance company gives by default. Payroll team, HR team, Senior managers are easily approachable. Work hours you can modify according to your needs (when WFH is going on). Company have continuous projects with all time billability. New office also opening in Pune.

Internal salary growth is low. There is no learning portal.

At first the salary depends on the kind of client , good salary if provided only if you are able to join within a week and you get what you ask for . On terms of job security , it purely depends on clients. I saw they terminated few people before they complete 6 months. Work culture is as usual.

Dislikes

Not employee friendly . They worry only about clients and not about the employees. No good benefits for weekend support or even the whole night support. You do not get any benefits though you work from morning 10 to night 12. If you planning to change for one or 2 years it is okay . Not for more than that if you have to balance financial, work , personal life. No good cafeteria or food , no fancy stuffs like MNCs in Bangalore , no team outing or dinner lunch etc.

1) Good Salary At time of Joining 2) Notice Period is of one month for Client Location in Pune 3) Salary On Time and Fixed Salary, No variable part in salary.

Dislikes

1) No offices in Pune location, only client. 2) No Job security. Project Over and Game Over 3) Once You are deployed at Client location. they will forget who are you. 4) No Transport Provided. 5) Whatever Client Says that is Correct for Marlabs. . . . Many more
