...rkload is massive.And always 12 hours work which gives officer 50rs OT per hour.food pay 60 and nashta pay 20. I was made my worst decision to join this 5th class company. No sunday holiday leaves 12months plant runs

Only salary on time there is nothing to like in the company too much office politics in the workplace manager don't have communicate skill how to talk with someone, even senior manager don't have proper tone how to talk with junior specially logistics department.

Dislikes

Strict timing no flexibility, not balance work life and personal life, too much office politics, too much work pressure, only junior employee working all day manager's are very toxic manager's not doing any single work in day only passing the work to juniors.

Likes

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and management is transparent. Company policies are not good . Appraisal reting is required company policies, not your work see.

...t to have leaders who are approachable and willing to listen to their employees. To keep employees happy and motivated, Marksans Pharma needs to offer fair and competitive pay. Addressing any financial stress or discontent among staff members will help ensure a satisfied and productive workforce.

No policies is their .Company environment is average management is supportive. bonus deduct our own Salary and give .all manual operating process.

Management doesn't solve our problems. No growth. 3 month notice period. Training not given properly
