Only salary on time there is nothing to like in the company too much office politics in the workplace manager don't have communicate skill how to talk with someone, even senior manager don't have proper tone how to talk with junior specially logistics department.

Dislikes

Strict timing no flexibility, not balance work life and personal life, too much office politics, too much work pressure, only junior employee working all day manager's are very toxic manager's not doing any single work in day only passing the work to juniors.

Likes

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and management is transparent. Company policies are not good . Appraisal reting is required company policies, not your work see.

No policies is their .Company environment is average management is supportive. bonus deduct our own Salary and give .all manual operating process.

Management doesn't solve our problems. No growth. 3 month notice period. Training not given properly

1. They have good bargaining capabilities, they get goods in 50-70% cheaper than others. 2. Work order is full.

Dislikes

1. No respect for employee, no appreciation for work. 2. It is like a gang of top level people, they take decisions in isolation and do not want to understand the realities. 3. They expect all people to work more than 12 hours daily, including women candidates. Call people at 21 and 22 hours from home for their unplanned activities.
