We can learn many things about retail.

Dislikes

Incentive plan is not good. Managers are not supportive. There is no good salary hike. When we leave that company, they deduct lots of amt from our final settlement... Compare to H&M, H&M is good.

As per my experience store atmosphere was not good....store manager, asm are not much cooporetive. But head office management was far better...

You can expect complete job security as their was no salary deduction. We are provided with mask, gloves and sanitizer. If you feel any covid symptoms you are allowed to take leave.

Dislikes

Amidst covid 19 crisis a lot initiative are needed to be taken. For eg- there should be limited no of people entering the store. They shouldn't be allowed to take out the mask when they step inside. Employee living in containment area should be called for work. Employee spending a huge amount on travelling should be reimbursed. Customer service should be discontinued for the time being.

Actually from a long time I was looking for a job in vishal mega Mart but there was no vacancy at that time so got opportunities in marks and Spencers even though I learned so much here like customer service making reports handle irate customer managing departments. Now I got the opportunity to join Uniqlo the environment and growth opportunities and product quality innovation that vishal mega Mart does that attracts me more to join this company.
