...e to work on weekends and extra hours in the onsite of gurgaon location as well. Salary is not paid on time and also when questioned they will say tomorrow , tomorrow and will give very lately. Moreover Entire markovate is big lie, they run in India with name as MARKOWATE and for canada location they run it as a MARKOVATE. Very bad company run by Husband and Wife. The CEO doesn't even know how to talk and will use the interview candidates for their client meetings under the name of the Interview Test. Extra work will be given on weekends. Moreover the HR is good but not at all supportive. They thinks like she is a boss lady, doesn't even care about the employees.

1. The founders and Administrations are very supportive, whenever there is an issue. they always solve it right away. 2. They will give you room to research, learn, improve and implement. And work is very satisfying. 3. Specially the founder is really knowledgeable, so it feels really fulfilling brainstorming with him. 4. If someone gives any feedback then it is implemented right away. 5. The work hours are flexible

The main bad thing about this company is they are a big manipulators They terminate you as soon as you put the resign or as they got your replacement, making your career miserable. It happened with so many people , they want you to feel like markovate is your with zero considering about the individual employee condition. As soon as you put the resign you'll get their real face.
