Good work environment and culture bt not supportive management and staff they give good salary hike bonus every year . Bt they not provide timely salary . And few employees are not good behaviour .

There is a lot of politics and the management don't solve our issues.

Well defined work culture. Handled Multi tasked managerial activities across the state of odisha.

Dislikes

Limited to production of solvent extraction n processing of edible Oils. Procurement of oilseeds n pulses. Capacity building training. DPR for above jobs & renting of idle surplus godowns through tender process. and HR activities for above jobs.

Likes

Markfed was the one of the best cooperative department of Punjab during seventy -eighty decade but gradually started the downgrading, particularly for employees. No pension, no medical expenses reimbursement are severe negativity signs for retired employees.Staff has retired more than half. Working with heavy mental pressure almost all new faces are not prepared to learn and perform their job.Managing Director, being from nominated cadre of government has least concern about welfare of staff.

Dislikes

In fact overall cordial relationship between the management and staff has been diluted much.
