Dislikes

Extremely bad working condition. People are treated very badly. They treat you like machines. They don't like employees to mingle amongst each other. They abuse people loudly. All three people in management have no sense of treating employees well. You have to chase them for your appraisal.

The only agency probably where the pressure is low. So it's pretty relaxed

The company doesn't aspire to grow and become big at all. The culture and mindset is extremely rigid and middle aged. Any professional who wants to grow and Excel in his career won't stay here for long. They have absolutely zero regard and only transactional relationship with their employees.

Help me with in hand salary

Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions
