One of the worst company I worked with. Every month 5th you will get your salary if its weekend you will not get your salary on 5th. No work life balance. Process is very simple but the Hype they give like International BPO. No Proper Hierarchy followed, worst HR Policy . Only Burden

I worked here for 6 months as an MIS Executive. its a good office where we can learn many things, and there's no doubt it.

However People are unpleasant, i left because of an unprofessional lady MIS team leader sangeetha,she demotivate me by saying that i wont get an appraisal i generate major reports but she is never satisfied with my work and questions we you're doing, now I've asked her "what are you doing here?" since it all unrelated work. her works-1st she always talks about caste & gossips about everyone in the name of caste which is not acceptable.she took Saturday off but we were not allowed to.she doesn't come to office for official work instead she comes to do personal errands like lending money, 1 lac chit to 5 lac chit, gold chit etc.,she literally running her own business inside the company even hr team & VP are aware of this but haven't questioned her. actually its called "Moon Lighter" breach company policies but none of management people care about it, whatever she does is none of my business but she demotivates me by talking unnecessarily about my caste, Marriage and gossips behind me which is inappropriate.why does she needs to know about all people caste?this is corporate office not her personal territory.i just left the company without giving any notice because of her behaviour only. i wrote a google review about this issue & she started cursing at me & even threatened to harm one of my ex colleagues to get then to tell me to delete the review she literally threatened me with suicide & didn't apologise for her awful behaviour. People who are trying to avoid being misled should not prefer her as a leader.

I had an unpleasant experience with Marketsof1 regarding their salary commitments. During the interview, they promised a specific salary package, but once I moved into training, they informed me of a lower package. This lack of transparency and last-minute change was disappointing and unprofessional. I recommend future applicants get everything in writing to avoid misunderstandings.

No respect, teamleads shout for sales give lot of pressure why u come office, only come office for free food, waste fellows, defaulters ur not for anything u come for free food only coming to office for eat food, this kind of language teamleads using, if employ feel sick they terminate and reason give s absconding from job and terminate, if health is sick ur not eligible to work. I worked 2 months but lot of pressure.

The company is open to innovation and creativity. There is lot of scope for learning and development. Incentive plans are highly appreciable. Excellent ambience and working environment. Highly ethical and logical decision making. Healthy workplace for stepping up to the next level in career.
