Compare to others company it's very low salary paying for staff one staff overall 90% work is done like billing, costumer service, display, system ect.... it's really i can't stay.......

...ompany, no future at all. Only chamchagiri people's can work in this company. If you argue with your manager regarding for salary Or any other thing, you will be daily insult, if task will be incomplete then giving examples of chamchas. One thing I want to say, that i am not sure. Company is very good but don't know whether the company owner know all this thing that there manager working like HITLER'S (Demanding & Commanding), because Area manager and general manager play's very smoothly politics and whenever we ask for the increments of salary, only one reason they saying the company is in LOSS. Some stores I have seen only 2 staffs are running the stores including manager. 9hour shift means that fighting in nation border.

If any one want to work in this company. I'm suggesting that person never join this company because in this company you see lots of poltics in each department and you don't have any job security in this company.

I really enjoy working at Market 99. I like billing, selling your products to the customer by telling them about them. Displaying, handing over cash, counting the goods. Inventory and saving, all these tasks were my job. I used to do my work with a lot of fun.

manger mangement not good for employees contactivity is not good for employees and rude behaviour all time not professional only behaviour dose like persnlly then efacts sell not working good all time employees vacancy available this store, for regen sm and asm not responsible for store and sell always save jobs all type resign । in store big problem for sell and target

Mr. Shahnawaz is treat with SM like hitlar. On independence day if any one wear formal white shirt he shouting on employee he is telling आझादी मिल गई हो गया अभी क्या है. If any pregnant women employee asking for leave he force her to leave job.
