The job is stress free and offers a good work life balance which is dependent on your department and line manager. Your work directly creates a difference in the lives of patients.

The salary and benefits are poor. Increments most times are below inflation rates. If you are a post graduate you won’t enjoy it here as 95% of the work force are only graduates. You might have to deal with a lot of office politics.

There is 'CARTEL' working on in the name of Management, who decide the career of candidate. They only try to ruined the careers, no ethics on work culture, abusive language and culture less environment , management is not at all supportive and to not help you for any guidance.
