✓Delay in salary ✓very bad food provided(only potato) ✓no any increment in salary from last 3year(if u ask about increment they told wait for 3month ) ✓ maximum higher staff not support to his juniors ✓company give 4500Rs per head for food allowance but I think we have not get this price like food because for our mess incharges

Management have vast network in Highways .work culture depends upon under whom and project you are working. not bad will have minimum job security when compared to other companies.
