Present HR acts as a boss , there's no job security , the people from tamilnadu here won't expect any kind of respect and response from them. Here there's no appraisals EMPLOYEES BENEFITS like ESI, PF for TN sales department people's.

If you're quiting your job , they will get all exit formalities details from you by asking you in sweet words finally they'll start playing the game in final settlement nearly 50% of settlement amount they won't pay , and present HR will is very talented in speaking sweet words & betrayal of trust.
