This is a polypack, pp Woven sacks, fibc bags and jumbo bags manufacturing company.In this company the people are having a good heart and caring sense from the surrounding area of the Tuticorin city. And they having a different cultures and they use different slangs. The teammates are always having helpful, innovate, sharing and response mind to each and everyone. Working environment is good. The important feature of this company is free food, travel and accommodation. Politics is also there and the learning is depends upon the own interest. Work life balance is average to as poor as. And the career growth is very low.

Dislikes

Starting salary is too low for the engineers. And the working hours for the supervisors were 12 hours. But the work tension based on the target completion, complaint and the rework. Otherwise give a free working mind.. Innovation is good like conducting a sports day, culturals day and award presence. Motivation is good.

This is a pre-planned and target based company. The team mates are friendly and helpful with each other and harmonial friendship inbetween supervisors.

...ality control, machinery maintenance and whole incharge of particular workplace. But salary is low.

Really that company is excellent. I learned many knowledge from that company (eg.mail transfer,Ms office,etc..). That company product in poly propylene bag My work is sample bag sent the customers.First I checked the mail any customer order the sample bag then I confirmed my MD proceed the process. Next my boss confirmed it is ok. I had one print out the factory.then labour product that bag then I sent the parcel that customers(England,USA....) via courier. That's all. I watched Courier sent, dispatch and delivered. This 8s my job
