Marion Biotech aka Emenox healthcare is a terrible organization. They treat their employees like a slave. I have spent 4 months in that company & those 4 months are the worse months of my life. My manager was very rude who use to humiliate people every now & then. She was the main reason I quit the job.

Dislikes

..., you can not go to the washrooms more 2 to 3 times even if you are not well. During lockdown they ask everyone to work from home but deducted the 30% of their salary. You need to fall sick to take WFH that too on 30% deduction of salary even after working for 12 hours. Office politics makes the environment more toxic. If you are ordering the food from outside then also you need to give explanation. You can not talk about your personal life here coz either they (people who call themselves your close friend) laugh or they will spread the news.

You'll get your salary on time & you can take any amount of leaves they will just deduct your salary but for taking leave you have to give prior information.

Working with the Management was a really bad experience, they are bully and mean.

Nothing, no one can understand your problem your work load.. they only pretend yhi sab kuchh karte hai or tum kuch nhi.. tumhare pass to kam hi nhi he to receptionist ko payroll ka kaam bhi do hr ka bhi do admin ka bhi do or wo sare kaam do jisko koi or karna nahi chahata kyuki reception pr to kaam hi nhi , ek person company me understandable nhi hai

1) Working culture is like pure Lalaji Shop 2) High Job insecurity 3) Mostly employees ran away after getting salary 4) Process and procedures are not existed anywhere

1st and 3rd Saturday off Salary on time No late sitting Comfortable office timing ( flexible timing) Two hours short leave allowed once a month. Family emergency are well understood and supported If someone really loves there work , then no one can touch you

Dislikes

Growth is slow, employees could be motivated by better growth policies. Capable and intellectuals are underrated, they can be given a bit of value. Core technical people are somewhere missing in decision taking, their involvement will better the organization growth. Positive environment needs to taken care.
