WORKING HOURS,OVERTIME,NO RESPECT,LESS SALARY, OFFICE POLITICS,APPRAISAL. MARINE SECTION PRODUCTION HEAD GOA (LADY) WAS PATHETIC ,UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNKNOWLEDGABLE. She alone slows down the growth of marine section in goa plant

Only good thing in the company is you get many opportunity to learn and make your technical base strong.

Dislikes

Very low on pay scale. Don't give increment for atleast 2 yrs. When they give increment it's very less and don't meet your expectations. Not a company for professionals. no proper management and no proper system. Non benifit company for employees. All the profit is only shared by top management. No proper time to go home. Very dirty culture.

What I like about marine electricals is the responsibilities they deliver to you. Impact of that thing is you are now capable enough to execute your work..you plan accordingly. The seniors always help you to understand about system and they solve your queries. So you learn a lot in this company in short time.

Dislikes

Marine doesn't pay good salary. The facilities are not provided well. They don't conduct other activities.

Salary day is not fix if it is fix then its better but it still it will credited before 15th .if its fix day then employee should do its financial planning better way.

Honestly speaking, nothing. Hence left the company. They exploit youth by considering them as cheap labours. Very low salary. And the CEO will trick you into believing that they're giving you conveyance allowance. Their conveyance allowance is extremely low and they'll include that into your takeaway salary. You neither grow, nor learn anything nor get a handsome salary to support your family life. The managers are horrible and badmouth freshers. Pathetic experience.

Dislikes

Behaviour of managers, salary structure, organization culture are not good. Very few individuals actually encourage and cooperate freshers.
