This is my first experience with development sector, this sector has own pace and i had my own days of frustrations and happiness, but at the end of the day i pound to be associate with social cause. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration. i also like the employee re-hire policy here.

I loved to work there n I am happy that I was a part of the MSI.I worked in a documentory movie of MSI. When I was an incharge at inreach centre I won gold meddle also in Rajasthan. (Ajmer)

Growth was very slow, work pressure was very high ,manager do not value an individual's unique strengths.no appreciation,in mid appraisals there was lot of parshality.

The company is open open to innovation , training opportunities are available for staff. Job security is not very certain if you are open mined person. You can only live longer if you know how to play your part by down playing colleagues. The work environment can turn hostile because of rumors. I personally was given a surprise termination at 4pm and up today I have never been told the reason why I was terminated yet not long ago I had won the award of the best performing staff. The only reason was that "management has decided to terminate your service'' but no reason was given. This has never left my mine and it is now 4 years ago. NO one can be reprimanded with a reason. So such hostile work environment has never left my life the same.

I joined when it was starting up their work. So I had the privilege to set up all support functions - HR, Log, IT, Admin. I learnt a lot but it was by default and my own interest. There was no ystematic approach to L&D

Poor leadership and individual biases. Too much work place politics at India office.
