On paper Sales Incentives are on a higher side. Brand Parachute is having pull in the market

Dislikes

...e seeing a hell lot of undercutting and cross selling from B2B and B2C platform. In the end u will be ending up only having salary and no incentives. If ur planning to join Marico get ready to have daily calls in the evening from 5.30-7.30 and your manager will directly ask u to work on Sundays and Public holidays too. If you prefer Work life balance then this is not the place.

1) Previously Working is good but 1.5 yrs not so good. Huge market rate issue, Minimum 5-6 % . I have working in this company. please i have request solve this prb(Rate). 2) PSR & VSR salary not so good other industry.

...on Managers .The process of doing sales is completely worst.No systematic sales.No bifurcated area if your distributor gives margin cut ok or else some other area will come and sale Asm will not say anything as his Target is achieved.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

Their Training system in some places.They do not give proper training to new employees. In my case my ASM (Delhi)never called me a single time in my 9months training or whenever i called him he never responded. As i m fresher my first job was this but instead of giving proper training my asm when called me for review then in the review they told me you are not fit for sales like this and that.They are not stay on their words which they told you while selecting you. Such a poor experience this was.
