1) Previously Working is good but 1.5 yrs not so good. Huge market rate issue, Minimum 5-6 % . I have working in this company. please i have request solve this prb(Rate). 2) PSR & VSR salary not so good other industry.

Compensation and benefits are good.

Their Training system in some places.They do not give proper training to new employees. In my case my ASM (Delhi)never called me a single time in my 9months training or whenever i called him he never responded. As i m fresher my first job was this but instead of giving proper training my asm when called me for review then in the review they told me you are not fit for sales like this and that.They are not stay on their words which they told you while selecting you. Such a poor experience this was.

Work culture is good, their is a balance between work life balance

Salary is not ok, if you are working from a long time and very good at your work. Still company will give more CTC to a new person who is very new to industry and has less experience to sector.

On paper Sales Incentives are on a higher side. Brand Parachute is having pull in the market

...e seeing a hell lot of undercutting and cross selling from B2B and B2C platform. In the end u will be ending up only having salary and no incentives. If ur planning to join Marico get ready to have daily calls in the evening from 5.30-7.30 and your manager will directly ask u to work on Sundays and Public holidays too. If you prefer Work life balance then this is not the place.

No respect for junior level roles, too much of politics. Managers give job threats out in open. Treat you like sla-ves with most disrespectful managers, in spite of taking up with senior level no solution comes out. No scope for team change. Disrespects your prior experiences with utter humiliation out in open on the open floor. Communication with managers is just horrible and you get no support at all. Manager puts all the burden on your head but when it’s time of review meet they end up presenting nothing in front of super bosses. You seem to look like a someone with no life staying up until late working (not yours but your bosses work assigned to you) if you are someone with no self esteem then this place is all that you need. Will help you quiet will with destroying your mental health. Too much of micro management that you would want to run away somewhere far away. All the best
