Friendly nature with management and colleagues. Minimum 10% appraisal and 100% bonus. Company in growth direction. Leading in the sector. Yearly sports activities and cultural activities on annual day celebration. Training will be given for the freshers.

Work overloaded sometimes. Have to works weekends also on that time. Other than no drawbacks.

Low quality culture, no WFH, old fashion style like school all employees need to clock 9 hours insider the office - no WFH, they are more focused on time not the output of employees, no opportunity to grow, they treat QA team as low grade people

They provide learning platform for me when I joined here and overall office culture.

They told me when office will start that you can go Mumbai office but now they came here kochi office that's why I feel bad

They gave good training for freshers, high job security, appraisal and salary increases are very low

Dislikes

They are not giving any respect for women, especially a women in ML they never consider them for appraisal.
