Nothing, terrible experience with the company, no value, no HR policy for employee, ITS A FRAUD COMPANY,GUYS DO NOT JOIN THIS COMPANY AND RUIN YOUR CAREER

Everything from office environment to people behavior, no employee policy, no salary, no tds, no pf, no form 16 and office atmosphere is pathetic dont feel like coming and work there No expense reimbursement No work culture MD is incompetent and consultants are exploiting him No Salary for months No future there No growth No Facility Not employee friendly No job security No project all are in litigation No Cash flow at all hence paying salary is an issue always

We can work like government office but there will be no chance to earn incentives like other real estate companies... If you want to relax yourself you can work here, if not plz try some other better options... Hope this feedback gives you better idea...

Not a superlative degree, but can mention as a normal company type to get only the salary

It was great experience in Marg Limited to complete project in MD University as a Deputy Manager Project. Responsibilities makes a man responsible to LEAD a Project a Leader.

Dislikes

I spent most of the time of my service in Execution as a Leader but sometimes it was very painful when required benefits not provided by management on time. Client also appreciated my style of work but it was not considered by my team management.
