1. Salary will come once in 3 months 2. No appraisal 3. Thrice a week 20 hours work in a day 4. After all these if you want to leave MD will threaten you of filing a case 5. No PF 6. If you are good at work all the departments work will come to you 7. MD is a criminal Do not ever think about joining this company either as an employee or as a consultant

Opportunity to work and handle multitude of assignments and exposure to handle different aspects.

Dislikes

No appraisal or any talk of it. High turn out ratio in the top level manager role. Those who are in high pay dont do any meaningful work or contribution, they will fly off after getting some other opportunity. those who are in executive level has to work like anything to get the moderate pay.

Likes

Management is very helpful and all the people who are working there are professionals in their respective feilds. It's a great property to start your career.

Dislikes

There is nothing which I don't like about this company because I always felt like home while working there because they always put people first which I think is the best thing.
