The amendment that are happening in organization are excellent. Good opportunity to learn for all the employees.

Dislikes

Pharmacy issue. Food n beverages needs to be work more in view of food quality for patients as well public. More attention to b payed on cleaning aspects in critical as well non-critical areas. Parking issues. There should be sufficient space inside hospital for parking for visitors.

I Liked that there are people who are working because they have no other options in the market, and they are underpaid and overly burdened in the name of a startup.

Dislikes

Pathetic work culture, they want you to work as donkey’s, just close your eyes and do whatever they ask for, without even considering time frames and your work- life balance. Rest ask in your connects before joining MAH.

There is nothing to like. Don't go with paid reviews on Google. If in reality you want to know the situation, just talk with some of its existing employees. -Every buddy is leaving the organisation within 2-3 months of working. -There is huge level of administrative politics. -During the offer, HR will give you some blind offer but once you will join, they will start behaving differently. - The HR head, Marketing head, facility head, Engineering head, Medical Head, moved from here and still these positions are vacant. They are cheating and befooling employees and doctors. There is no mechanism for taking internal employees feedback
