Top management is very cooperative and supportive for their employees. They always focus on development of employee professional and personal growth and development as well.

This is my first company, so I always owe this company to give me a platform to showcase my work. It gives really different feeling when you hold the part which is designed by you. This happiness is beyond imagination. I have learned a lot in this company and still everyday learning something new.

I feel I am not getting paid well and work culture is something which is challenging .But if you feel you’re crazy like me so you will find a way to create a good culture around you. At the end it’s not in our hand to change any company’s work culture ,but what in our hands is to extract the best out of it , rest is just a residual.
