The extremely disappointment was that the senior staff was very rude they are using the power of there position and whoever is not having the good relations with them, they gave very bad evaluation to there staff.. And 2nd thing, till today i didn't got my appraisal letter.. i left the ship in October 2023 and when i ask the crew purser for my appraisal they are denying and telling that they deleted / eraised my whole data from the company.
