... most disgusting company I have ever worked for in my entire career of 15 years. They want you in uniform but deduct the amount from your salary! If anything lower than 3rd class that's where they fall. More than making money you end up paying them for every thing! Totally disorganised. The CEO and HR are good for nothing..not at all employee friendly... Brown nosing that's all! No value and no respect for employees..hire and fire rule! Please beware before you make a choice to join this company

Company policy is not good for career and growth. Work hard but satisfaction about salary regarding not good.stress job during cashier staff not supportive or same people supportive. But i prefer do some better job opportunity like Starbucks and retail group.

Like - store , cashier position, same people helping. Dislike - company policy, management system according Manager, and senior staff is not good, growth and job opportunity.

...e manager and they are giving pressure to handle purchase, projects and IT dept. Variable pay is just for papers after 2 years I am not getting my amount. CEO is personally involved in all the things, his temper is very high always he sent back employees to home without any reason and sometimes he take his decision back and say that time I am angry. Not professional at all. Bad place to work.

In covid case business are not shut down as they are in essential services but they terminate lots of employees from the store and management too as taken advantage of covid 19

...fired many employees. Whereas, Our Company have not fired anyone due to Covid19. Even, Company paid Full Salary in Lock down period to support the Staff. I am glad to work with such esteemed organisation & would like to give my best wises to the Company for its Sustainable Future Growth and Success.
