During my period of service in Marathon realty, I was given with platform for self development. Directors are good human beings and supportive but Senior Vice president and General Manager are misleading management. In this tough situation also, HOD is misleading which is harmful for company.

Dislikes

No job security though you are best performer or your salary is comparatively less. In last year, I was told to give resignation suddenly though I was awarded by management every year for my performance and though salary was comparatively less. I was managing whole site during my tenure. But To save Self chair, i was told that management has taken decision to put my name in lay-off list (please have some guts to say that You are fired because I am saving my chair)

...8 years in this company. The main thing you need is patience and Understanding. Only drawback is the compensation part. But that is covered by other things like work life balance which quite great. Culture of the company, they treat you as a family. Company invests in it employees by giving them training in various subjects. Motivates employees by giving them certificates and Voucher for achieving taregt every month. Also various programs like Sampark were bottom level employee to higher levl management including director come together share their suggestions , complaints etc. Which is happened in very less companies.

Nothing as such. Just compensation is issue. For some it might matter a lot. But for me its just good.

...and employees. Humble and down-to-earth Board of Directors and Management staff. Timely pay structure and overall HR Processes.

Dislikes

The company is not much concerned when it comes to safety of its employees. Be it pouring rains or the current Covid pandemic; the employees were asked to report on site and carry out the normal work routine. Even when given WFH facilty in 2020, the salaries were slashed by 50%. Poor medical health benefit.

Good thing about the company is that they give good training to freahers

...ar ago after asking them to stay for 3 years initially due to financial issues..and in pendemic time they paid off many employees and reduced the salary to almost 40-50%.So I will say that it is overall good company which gives good training to freshers but if u r joining during pendemic times you never know when they will fire you.

Created a new vertical and nurtured that vertical.. closely working with the directors of the company.

Dislikes

Job security is a concern in marathon. Compensation is not as per market standard. Need to be more professional with their work environment.
