Only the good thing was salary on time.

Nothing to like about this company i totally got disappointed by the company culture.I was assistant manager there but treated as supervisor very pathetically.No manager support got there. Also as per assistant manager post salary wages was very low but work pressure was very high. For casting have to stay on site till 9.00 pm manager given no supervisor for casting.scolded continuously from manager as having no proper control on contractor from manager about deadlines.3 months i was at home got health issue because of this job.

Legal Heads are very rude and treat their staff disrespectfully. Team members always feel intimidated. There is no scope for opinion n suggestion and always keep team members less valued even in disagreements.

All directors are God helping nature.But they always keep faith in office people only. 1) I had help more than 150 labour food daily day and night during COVID But directors don't know about this. 2) There is VP in head office he had removed me from project and after some months later he came to know that he had made a mistake.

I had worked 20year in marathon.l had work like home cultural I had worked hard for my project but some bad staff I had lost my job
