1. Useless employee policies. 2. Policies can be change on daily basis. 3. If you are more talented than your senior than he will be definitely afraid of his job. 4. Most of the employees are currpted. 5. Either they are having their cut in cash from the supplier or different favours. 6. Owner is very gentle and genuine, but his family is completely opposite to him. 7. He is getting zero support from family but what he deserves a good support, afterall he is men behind the company. 8. All manager level staff who is getting good salary around 2-3 lakhs per month, are completely currpted, looting the company since they have won the trust of owner. 9. Actually some of employees like me wanted to explain this fact to owner, some had explained that you have many of "asteen ka saap" together in your company please take care. Unfortunately he is aware and stuck, can't do anything against them otherwise on the other hand he has lost all good employees who was actually wanted the company to grow. 10. At last I believe nobody who wants to uplift their career, develop new skills, shouldn't join this local company. You wouldn't be able to learn any new talent other than politics if you want to learn. 11. All would be Sarpanch, MLA, MP this kind of breeds who want to really learn ground level politics, can join the for improvement of their theoretical and practical knowledge.

...Management is transparent. Company policy are good. Appraisal are too good. Good salary hike and bonus every year. Its like 2nd home. I just love my work.

...so management is good. There are huge food court and gaming arcade for chilling. company policies are good,they give good salary and bonus every year.

There is a lot politics and management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth slow.

It is based in nature's lap - Panchgani & Mahabaleshwar. Good place to work for local talent.

Dislikes

There is no vision with leadership and very poor planning team. Typical family run business where ad-hoc decision making is very common. No clarity of thought and trust issues within the leadership makes the environment very toxic. Do not plan on leaving a bigger organisation and come down to build this organisation as you'll be disappointed to see mediocrity run through all levels.
