MMI offers job security upto a great extend if you have good skills. Apart from that you might end up getting a good project through which your learning graph might be good. But this depends up o the project and your product manager.

...nd think that completing working ours is more important than the actual work. Work-life balance - No bonus for stretching yourself beyond working hours but if you leave 30 mins early then there's a problem.
