No increment, no bonus, HR always ignore msg, No Diwali gifts, they force you to work on holidays, salary always delay 2 months. Overall, don't join this company otherwise you will suffer a lot.

...ere for almost 2 years, and they threw away me and my entire team like garbage. They only focus on making money but refuse to pay their employees. no one response to you properly. It's totally unsuitable place for employees

...on time is the problem. Yes, they don't credit the salary on the specified date. According to corporate policy, the company's salary date is the fifteenth of each month. For instance, if you joined Map Systems on January 1st, 2024, your first month's salary would be credited on February 15th. This is a delayed salary date in and of itself, but the issue doesn't end there—they will pay you even more later. Our January month salary as Map Systems workers was only received on March 22, 2024. We therefore had to wait nearly three months to receive that one month's salary. The best part is that we are now waiting on our April income and are unsure of when we will receive it. Furthermore, this company is defrauding us with our PF money. For certain employees, PF funds are being withheld and not deposited into the PF accounts and they are not even providing them the account details. I don't have the time or privilege to battle them legally. If you're an image/video editor seeking a job, please don't join the firm called "Map Systems

Nothing to say... Really I made a mistake 5 years 3 month working there. Today, they simply send an email. Customer requirement project is ramped down. So, they don't have an opportunity. Now am suffered by Layoff. Now I remember my night shifts, My pending leaves, late payment(2month backlogs) last 2 years. Till now 4 years PF not credited in my account. Worked 12 to 13 hours per day. Everything waste. They simply sent 1 month notice period. Finally I remember that FROG STORY...

Nothing positive there. Only one thing Team Leader Mr.Gowtham only support. Interview, salary credite date, leave, permission, system connectivity issue, project information, all the information we can get it from his only. Apart from him we are unable to contact any one.
