...nderpay you with respect to the work they ask you to do. They do false promises. Your last month salary and clearance of travelling bills still pending, not even responding to your mails . Not recommend any one to join Manya.

Everything .Earlier it was known for good training .Now that part is also worst.

...nse less and baseless discussion done with in departments (within closed doors). Biased HR, useless team, salary deductions with no prior intimations, no professionalism

You will get to learn a lot, esp if you're a fresher. They train you so well. It is a very good company to start your career with bcz you grow a lot.

...ou so well but they train you for the market, not for themselves (pun intended). Bcz they don't want to pay you. They can compromise on the quality of the resource if it comes to monetary part. Ultimately, you would want to walk out bcz there's no good money.
