Nothing is good here, if you want to be a slave who cant speak who cant raise his voice for anything You can go ahead and join this organisation, The company is full of manipulators and higher management people just fires people without any reason if they are doing good or if they are on a higher package scale just to secure there salaries on time

Politics environment Lot of bitching and micro management No hikes No job security at all Management is worst No proper hierarchy

Permanent work from home provided to some employees in good term reporting manager.

Dislikes

Politics, Minimum 12 working hours during weekdays and weekends also few hours mostly. Very poor employee benefits. During Notice Period employees are treated like enemies.
