- No clear guidelines for promotion - Salary is not upto the industrial standards - Disrespect towards female employees. No maternity leaves provided (Not abiding the maternity act) - Rude HR. Unruly and unproffessional.

Pathetic company they don't respect other people they only respect people who are Gujarati directors only listen to managers no learning no support they call people from other city to Ahmedabad but they don't give training to them simple in hindi words like baniye ki dukan direct kaam par baitha do aur US accounting handle karne ko bolo toxic work culture and environment CA call centre

Government department - Favouritism in favour of female staff, no professionalism, no corporate culture, Horse, Donkey all are treated equally, If you are not working, doing mistakes, just sit relax no one will tell you anything.
