I would say everything. Highest level of micro management. What they say in offer letter and what they pay varies. No salary hikes. Pathetic work environment with so much toxicity. Managers are more interested in managing leaves, late coming and breaks. No one can use their phone. Breaks are very limited. If 10 mins extra then you have to give explanation of hours. You can’t go outside in tea breaks or lunch breaks. You have to give justification of your breath as well. I think prison might have still better things than this office. A big no no. No one Atleast happy go lucky people who have lives apart from office should not join this office. Team lunch feels like school picnic. Pathetic.

...vit additional opportunities. If you do 1 grp then you continue doing same work. Salary less. Support is less due to that skill development could not be done.

- No clear guidelines for promotion - Salary is not upto the industrial standards - Disrespect towards female employees. No maternity leaves provided (Not abiding the maternity act) - Rude HR. Unruly and unproffessional.

Government department - Favouritism in favour of female staff, no professionalism, no corporate culture, Horse, Donkey all are treated equally, If you are not working, doing mistakes, just sit relax no one will tell you anything. No resource management, No planning, Saw people changing stands frequently, Lots of politics. If you love data entry, please join asap.
