New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me. I LIKE THE WORK CULTURE OF MANUBHAI AND SHAH LLP IS VERY GOOD AND NOT ANY PRESSURE FOR COMPLETE THE WORK, AND VERY HELPFULL NATURE OF ALL EMPLOYEE.

PEOPLES ARE HELPFULL BUT IN VERY LIMITED RENGE IF YOU STUCK IN PROBLEM IN DETAILS THEN PRESSURE OF SENIORS IS NOT GOOD FOR WORK GROWTH AND MENTAL HELATH. MANAGEMENT IS STERIOTYPE AND NOT LOGICAL FOR FACE WHAT ACTULLY WORK NEED TO DO FOR FACE REAL ISSUES. MEANS IT SEEMS LIKE LACK OF PROPER AND LOGICAL GUIDANCE TO HANDLE SITUATIONS.

Dislikes

Work atmosphere and attitude of seniors. No proper training system. They will mention "freshers required " in job ad but at the same time will expect the employee to have a great knowledge of doing particular work. Not at all interested in giving proper reviews, motivation, feed back in a positive way. They will just try to pull you down by any way. Seniors there from so many year think they are the superior.
