Company is run by the New York based owner,COO. Based in Canada and another partner based out of a dingy office in mumbai, Employees are treated like door mats..they hire and fire people at will…a bull headed WFM manager runs the show and has influenced the above three bosses and ill treats colleagues and subordinates and influences who can stay or who needs to be thrown out of the company at will…nothing in this so called company is in place…HIGH RECOMMEND TO GIVE IT PASS!!!

There are lot many. There is no clarity on what is expected from the employees. Higher management does not bother about employee growth. Plus to take leave for 1 or 2 days you need to apply before 21 days, or else it would be loss of pay. So much politics and favouritism between team in Indai and Canada. I would say if you are looking to join this company for career opportunity please avoid as job security is also an issue.
