Good company for freshers. According to freshers good salary and good work life balance but when we get 2 to 3 years of experience. They didn't meet our expectations. There is promotion but its very slow.

Poor Management, HR Team Horrible, No CSR Programs, Poor Salary, Performance not validated correctly, Actually the management doesn't know the value or what kind of work doing Different depts (BPO) and not Appraised as it need to be. Experience has no value.

If stayed longer eg 10 years sure to reach better position. Good employee friendly incentives . Less pressure .. Good for ladies with kids and planning to marry ..
