HR policy, they won't tell anything about the policy, they have 10hrs work policy now only they reduce to 9hrs, no hybrid and you can not get you Privilege leave like if you join after jan you won't get the leave it will be added after next Jan only, they won't tell at the induction programme at all. Once you finished your probationand you will see no leave were added then if go and ask hr then only they told about that.
