Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). MD sir is a good person and down to earth. Benefits,salary are good.

Site level politics are so worst.and they never let know the md sir all these internal politics.Acoountant and HR are the worst at corporate.They will play games,politics if u question them.You never feel like PMC ,u feel like contractor engineer. site management never care about ur health they need only work .i have severe health issue. i took permision still they terminated.at a time 4 employess resigned from a site last year.lot of site politics are there.
