1. The working culture & policies are not employee friendly 2 Salary deduction if you are late for 1 sec even if the previous day you left the office at late night 3. This company is not good for youth and new employee 4. There is restriction in wearing clothes you can not wear jeans in this office it will lead to salary deduction 5. if you are going to take leave for 2 days and it between these 2 days if any official holiday or Sunday arrive the company will deduct the salary for 3 days insted of 2 days as per their bad policy

If you are 2 seconds late even then your half day salary will be deducted irrespective of the fast that how many hours you have worked in the company 5. This company is not good for youth and new employee 6. No facilities in the office as it very old culture office 7. There is restriction in wearing clothes 8. If you take 2 leaves and during that period if of the leave is in between those two leave then it will be marked 3 days e.g suppose you took leave on 14th and 16th Aug and 15th Aug is national holiday so your total leave will be counted as 3 days not 2 days as per the HR policy of the company... It means you have to pay for the national holiday as well 9. Company always tried to remove the sucu kind of truth from this platform by reporting these reviews to the ambition box 10. There is no exit timing from the office 11. Efforts are not counted 12. If things are not working management blame to you instead of checking things properly as in a process 13. Dusting the probation period if they don't like something they will fire you immediately with no notification to you and any written email such as warning and all 14. No job security 15. Office politics is on very high 16. Managers work will not take your stand on the office even if you are doing good and not doing good for few days 17. You can be fired anytime even if you are a non performer for 5 to 6 days 18. You cannot wear jeans in this office it will lead to salary deduction

Employee Eat lunch on desk itself; no separate space for eating lunch 10. There are no arrangements tea, coffee even normal water glasses during the long internal meetings (3-4 hours.) 11. They provide only morning & afternoon tea. if you need more, you need to pay Rs. 10 per tea. 12. High work pressure specially to sales team they are working on Sunday also

...ou due to office politics. One of my biggest mistake was to join this company. Here to have a tea,you need to pay Rs.10 as they don't have vending machine or any basic facilities for their employees No holidays on festivals, no schedule, no proper communication and nothing

1. Your salary will be deducted if you come late for 1 second as well 2. You cannot go out with your team or alone during office hours, as they don't have any cafeteria or canteen. You have to spend your entire time sitting on your seat 3. If you take leave for 2 days i.e on Saturday and Monday, in this case, Sunday will also be counted as paid leave. So it means your salary will be deducted for 3 days instead of 2 days 4. Monday to Saturday working, you cannot even think of going out 5. No paid or sick leave during prohibition period of 6 months 6. The company makes money by deducting the salary of the employees who come late and adding this to their revenue slab 7. Recently the company installed a coffee machine, which is so worse that you won't like to drink it, although it's free but employees here want to go out and pay for the tea or coffee but don't want to drink this worse coffee and tea 8. You won't be get paid if you are leaving the office late or your manager is asking for some extra time but salary will be deducted for 1 sec late If you are planning to join the company be aware of the above fact and be prepared. If you want a piece life and working culture you can find better company then this
