Much learning at lower level because when you are new at industry it helps you build composure ,skills,new strategy based on options.Team is good

Work culture is not good Pay scale is worst . Growth is only when you do extremely well.

1. HR : Not helpful 2.TL: Not Helpful, selfish 3. Finance & Account: Taking too much time to pay Commission. 4. There is a very limited number of people who can help you. 5. not giving overtime.

Everything they are treating employees bad and package is low with 18 month bond , never go to this company better go somewhere else. The stock market knowledge you’ll not able to work ahead

It's a trading job, so everyday u start afresh with a new challenge.

...ped. They also have extreme strict and unprofessional rules regarding punch ins. One second late after 8:30AM results in deduction of half day salary. I won't recommend this company who seeks career growth in field of finance. There is no growth here. There is hardly any scope of analysis. I have mentioned all these based on my 18 months experience in this company.
